day temps-32 and up to 70 ,nite around 29 thru 35 and that was if no rain!

I'm hoping for one like that - only any color but black (I've only killed black, and I'm ready for a color phase)
regarding spring vs. fall - here, the "fall" season opens Aug 1 - the bears aren't fattened up yet, so they're still pretty lean

thanks! The bear I shot had a layer of fat about 3 in. thick. no joke!! the one my hubby shot was real lean.
