Congrat's Dave on your new career. I have always wondered what happened to Hal. I used to watch him and his partner on "Hunting The World, Southern Style".

Not sure if there was a fallout or just another opportunity.  Ken is still rockin and rollin with a new pro-staff and his same sponsors.  The DZ crew is up in Chesapeake Bay bow fishing for stingrays right now.  Wish I was with them, but not my turn in the rotation.

Dave,
Just watched today's show from Alberta,Ca. and a Muledeer hunt. Hopefully you never have to have that happen to you. They walked up to a downed muley, jabbed it with the gun barrel and the deer got up and ran off, only to be found later.  Excitement I don't ever want to happen to me.  LMAO!!!!!!!! But hey, it makes for good tv right?

Hopefully not!  I had one flinch on me one time while gutting.  Turned out it was a twisted tendon that I cut.  It flinched and I almost s**t myself!  Glad I just dropped the knife and fell backwards!  LOL!

I've heard of guys going up and hanging or laying their gun on a "dead" buck's rack and then the deer up and takes off never to be seen again, LOL!

They have a story like that in a video called Monarchs of Alberta. Fixin to take a pict. and the deer runs off with the rifle. The sling is tangled in the antlers and the rifle just dangling as the deer runs off. Didn't video it though. Just telling the story.
