Any thoughts or opinions on the Montana Gold Falsh sight?

It's an awesome sight!  I love it.  Since I do most of my hunting from a tree stand, I have the 4 pin model with yardages set at: 20, 30, 40 and 50.

I have it on my Hoyt Vectrix XL and I am amazed at the brightness of the pins and the accuracy that I'm getting with this set-up.  I'm shooting the Vectrix at 78 pounds and using XX78 Super Slam Easton Aluminum Arrows with a Carter Quicke 2 release.

The sight is well made and is built to take some punishment.  Although, I normally stay out of the rain when I'm bowhunting, I've been caught in several downpours and the sight has held up well.

I shot instinctively for 20 years (using The Force) and just recently changed over to the Dark Side and sights.  I think you will like the Flashpoint.

Take care and Good Hunting!

Yeah, it really is a good sight.  No B.S. about it.

Of course there are a lot of good sights out there.  It simply all boils down to what works the best for the person shooting the bow.

For me, it's the Flashpoint.  However, if it didn't perform up to my obsessive standards it would be replaced in a quick hurry.

Take care and Good Hunting!

Well I got the sight. Went to the club yesterday and sighted in 2 pins. I like how bright it is and it sighted in quickley. I'm shooting in a 3-D league tonight. So I get to try it on the fake beasts for now. lol

Great time last night. I got the 20 and 30 pins right on and had a good shoot. This sight is awesome. I got to get up to my club this week and get the 40 done.

I just realized that I posted this on the archery non-hunting site. Oh well!!!

Glad you had a good shoot and enjoyed using your sight!  It is a wonderful tool, that is for sure.

I was going to mention the Non-Hunting issue, but it's not a big deal.  We are talking about sights here, not hunting so it is all good.

Best of luck with the new sight!

Take care and Good Hunting!

Yep, spring turkey is coming soon. They actually use my place for their little dance routine. They seem to love the end of my yard for that. I guess they enjoy the pond and the ability to be viewed by the ladies. lol

That sight must come equipped with a magnifying glass so the old, crippled, and crazy can see thru it or 3Bares couldn't use it !
