Wolf Tags Over the counter in Idaho

I heard Wolf tags went on sale in Idaho! A lady at work got one and said it's $165.oo for out of state tag. It would sure be nice to see the Elk herds come back around and in Yellowstone!
The first 40" mule deer I see .... Closest too the road! This year - First 50 inch Shiras Moose I see ..... Clossest to the road!
