Thanks for the welcome, I like everyone else moved over here from the NAHC BB. I have been a NAHC Life member for awhile but just really just started looking at the post in the last year and enjoy a lot of the stuff I read.

Thanks again for the welcome. I live in Georgia about 40 miles outside of Atlanta. I am orignally from North Ga. but because of work I have been in this area now since 1988. Every since I have been in this area I have been fortunate enough to have access to a 500 acre farm until last year and now I have access to a 300 acre farm to do my hunting on. For the most part I deer hunt but I also do a little rabbit and turkey hunting when I get the chance. I am a licensed nusiance trapper so I spend some time with this. This year I will be celabrating my 50th birthday so I am giveing myself a dream hunt to Colorado to hunt mule deer. I have wanted to do this for 30+ years so now I am going and can't wait. I have a 4 year old son that loves the outdoors as much as I do and has been running the trap line with me since he was 2 months old. Their is nothing better than to have your child curl up in your lap and watch hunting and fishing shows with you all day or want to go the woods evrtime you walk out the door.

trapperT (Terry): Awesome post, bud! Thanks for sharing. Also, best of luck to you on your Colorado mule deer hunt, and your GA deer hunts as well. Be sure to come back here and let us know how you did. Take a lot of pictures and please share them with us all. By the way, Happy Early 50th Birthday, and many more! And, I hope you and your son enjoy many hunting seasons together. Take care and Good Hunting! Best Afield, Steve
