W.Va will have two Bear seasons this year.The first season will be like this
September 18-27 for the following counties,Boone,Fayette,Kanawha,Raleigh.
September 22-27 for these Counties,Barbour,Grant,Greenbrier,Hardy,Nicholas,Pendleton,Pocahontas,Preston,
Randolph,Tucker,Webster.
The 2nd season will run from December 8-31st for the all the counties listed above and the following counties Braxton,Clay, Logan, McDowell,Mineral,Mingo,Monroe,Upshur,wyoming.you may hunt with or with out dogs
May not Hunt with dogs in these counties from December 8-31st,Barbour,Berkeley,Braxton,Cabell,Calhoun,Clay,Gilmer,Hampshire,Harrison,
Jackson,Jefferson,Lewis,Lincoln,Marion,Mason,Mercer,Mineral,Monroe(w.of rt.219)
Morgan,Putnam,Roane,Summers,Taylor,Upshur(w.of rt.20)Wayne.I hope this will help any one that is tinking about a bear hunt inW.Va.If I can help in any way let me know.
