The winner was chosen completely at random. Once a winner's name has been drawn, an E mail will be sent notifying the recipient that he or she is the winner and that he or she must reply within 15 days of the date of the E mail from the United Outfitters Association - FORAHUNT.com to obtain the specific information regarding the hunt that he or she has won.
If the recipient does not reply by E mail within 15 days, United Outfitters Association - FORAHUNT.com will attempt to reach the winner using a telephone number. If there is no response by E mail or by telephone search, a new winner will be drawn randomly, and the prior winner will no longer be considered the winner of the hunt.
When the winner replies by E mail or telephone, he or she will be given the outfitter's information and the exact specifics of the hunt donated. If the winning hunter does not desire to accept the hunt as presented, a new winner will be drawn randomly, and the prior winner will no longer be considered the winner of the hunt.
The winner or winners hereby waive any and all financial or other claims against United Outfitters Association - FORAHUNT.com, and its representatives arising out of your participation of this hunt and its negotiations with any outfitter.
United Outfitters Association - FORAHUNT.com is not and will not guarantee, endorse, nor will United Outfitters Association - FORAHUNT.com be responsible for any of the services, actions, financial contracts, expenses, information obtained from any guide/outfitter, or any performances of the guides/outfitters of this hunt.
