I wonder if one of them yelled..."Geronimo"?
Love playing that string music and sending a Muzzy flying!

WOW!!! That's amazing. What can you do at that point, I probably would have picked up the broken ram horn though.

I wonder if the cat was saying to himself, Man I'm gonna be dead as soon as I hit the ground and all I have left is this sheeps ass in my mouth.   LMAO

Ya know the cat didn't yell geronimo. He had a mouthfull.

Mneptune,
Big no no to pick up sheep horns in Montana. Not allowed to have them unless you have a tag and shoot it. You can't even pick up road kill deer. The only antlers you are allowed are shed, and if the deer dies of natural causes. Road kill is not considered natural causes. 2 guys got busted down the road a couple miles last fall for trying to cut off a set of antlers on a roadkill elk.

Thanks for the heads up Rick. If I ever make it up that way, I will have to study the wildlife laws carefully.

we have the same laws here in Oregon - can't pick up winter kill, road kill, or even just found skulls - and especially not sheep horns

Same thing in Missouri, if you come across a carcass with antlers attached and want it you have to contact Conservation Agent and let them decide if you can have it or not. A friend picked up a head with horns and that's when we learned the law. It's not easy to find either, nothing in the season and regs. booklet, have to look under the commercial section of the code book. Not allowed to pick up anything with skull cap attached, they will issue a permit if you can have it.
Even legally killed deer need the date, and tag number on them to legally posess the skull cap and antlers. How many farmers pick skulls up to get them out of the field so they don't ruin a thousand dollar tractor tire, then throw them next to the barn or in a shed for posterity? Bunches I would imagine.

I would have to agree with Steve on the skulls. I have seen way too many skulls attached to barns and fences. I'm sure that there are no tags to go with a majority of them.

The dumbest part of all that here is if you hit a deer with your car you can't keep it. There are tons of dead deer just laying on the side of the road rotting, that at least some of them may have been taken home and cut up. Then they don't have anyone to pick them up. They just lay there and stink.
