Hey Fellas, thought you might enjoy this. I just read it today. This article and pic is from Field and Stream. Unbelievable buck no matter where it ends up in the record books.

Is This Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin Buck the New World Record Typical Whitetail?
A 12-point buck shot Nov. 5 in Sheboygan Falls, Wisc., will almost certainly become the new Pope & Young world record typical whitetail and has a strong shot at toppling the Milo Hansen buck from the top spot in the Boone & Crockett record book as well. The buck was taken by Michael Gregoire on his brother’s farm. It was 4 1/2 years old and grossed 217 5/8 inches typical when green-scored by an official Boone & Crockett scorer.

That's a beautiful buck with a lot of mass, but it doesn't look like it would score that high, unless the angle the picture was taken at is deceiving.

I'd have to agree with topgun on passing the Hanson buck. Beautiful buck none the less and nothing can take away from that. There have some out and out monsters taken in Wi this yr. One 26 scorable and 30 total pt taken around Menominee Falls, another around around Fon Du Lac. All huge whitetails.

That is one big deer. But from what I can make out in the picture there will be some deductions. Great archery buck but I don't think it will replace the Hanson buck. Just my two cents. Would look great on the wall one matter what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice deer but, not the record breaker you think he is. Of course I would have put a arrow in him lol.
