My Buddy up in Idaho had gotten drawn for one of the coveted Shiras Moose tags this yr and he has been working towards a 50" er. He passed on this moose this morning. WOW!!!!! Not sure I could have...............He also passed on one earlier this season that he thinks he should have shot. Pretty sure it would have gone over the 50 mark and been book size. He's got until Nov 23rd to make it happen.

Here's another one of that bull. My buddy was within 400yds of this guy and decided to pass. Not sure I could have done that, but I guess with a once in a lifetime permit and more time yet to find a huge one, you kind of have to be a little picky. He is hunting alot of private ground so they should not get pressured to bad and stay in the area.
