SunnyBucks deer from Ohios ML season. .50cal CVA, 2 50gr 777 pellets, 295gr Powerbelt HP. 8pt, 17" inside and 19 1/4" outside, G-2 R 9", L 7 3/4" This deer had been shot at 7:30 and we seen him run under us on the neighbor’s property, did not see it get out of the brush but was looking at the 4 bucks running up to us. About 10 the hunters was tracking the buck and jumped it just below us, guy shot at it from across the holler and through thick brush. The buck turned and run just under our tree stand at 20yds, Well I had seen the back leg hanging down and had SunnyBuck take the shot. Went about 20’ and I was ready to bust it when it laid down, about 10sec latter it rolled over on its back and the horns was barred in the snow. They had been tracking the deer just from the leg being blown off

I can't kill a deer for nothing. Hunted hard on this past Sat and some on Sunday. Only shot I had was at 3 fawns and a small yearling. Only have until the first Sat in Feb to put some meat in the freezer.
