A friend took a big fat gobbler with a 10 inch beard opening day, My brother Joe took a Jake the second day of the season and Don's been working a number of uncooperative birds. I'm passing on Jersey this season but will be in the woods for opening day in NY this Sunday.
The freshest tracks still have feet in them.
