KY elk draw

I'm going to put in for the 2011 Ky elk draw. Went to eastern Ky this past summer. I can be in elk country in 4 hours from here. They revised the draw system now you have 2 chances instead of 1. Going to put in for bull firearm and cow firearm.

Will need lotsa luck the odds are about a zillion to one. well zillion to 2 now.
Going to put in for Pa. draw also you can build up points there.
Any way the money goes to a good cause.
