NON-RESIDENTS BOWHUNTERS OF KANSAS AND IOWA: If you can afford them both Kansas and Iowa Archery Permits/Tags/Licenses/PPs are on sale right now. You can apply for a Kansas Bow Tag or PPs right now until June 1st. You have from right now until until June 7th to do the same for Iowa.
