I shot a bear in Maine back in 2000. Had a good time while in Maine. Enjoy yourself.

Me and a coworker are going to try something different this year. We are going to take the boat to the Yellowtail res. {the Bighorn River} and cruz the shoreline fishing for Walleyes and watching the hillsides for bears. Try the Alaskan coastal hunt in Montana. My partner says he sees bear every time he goes but he's never hunted the bear.

You know that's a good idea. I have too many irons in the fire lol.
I apply in 6 different state not counting the one that I live in.
I work 2 jobs.
And a daughter in college @ $38500 a year.
So yea sometimes it is hard for me to keep track of what is going on

I wish I had your problems. LOL My son will be off to colledge in.........................14 more yrs so I have plenty of time to hunt between now and then with him by my side, or in front of me as I age gracefully. LOL

My daughter would go deer hunting with me until she turned 7 or 8. Then it was not cool to hang out with Dad lol.

I feel pretty lucky, I got these two bloodhounds. They may not be big enough or patient enough to sit in a stand yet, but they sure get excited going with Dad on a bloodtrail.
