I'm jealous

While I'm stuck at work my buddy Tom magaged to rearrange his schedule and headed up north late last night so that he could finish off bow season and get a crack at that big ol boy that's been cruising the property. He's probaly getting dressed right now as I write this and he'll be heading up to his stand shortly.
 
I wished Tom luck (we'll sort of) at getting that big boy. Man, I've been dreaming about that buck for a couple of weeks now. Whatever, it will be what it will be. The ruts in full swing. The weather has been tough between rain and high winds but you just never know what the deer will do when the rut on. I'll be heading north before dawn tomorrow and will be on stand with my bow tomorrow afternoon. Gun season starts the following morning. Have a great hunt everyone.

The freshest tracks still have feet in them.
