IBO Indoor Worlds

Anyone here going to Cleveland this weekend for the IBO Indoor 3D World Championship qualifier? I was planning on attending(representing Team PSE), but decided with my scores still below the 300 mark, I decided to pass this year and get ready to compete next year. This is only my first full year of competition 3D shooting, so I still need a little more local shooting before I can move up to the next level. Good luck to anyone heading out to Cleveland this weekend. From what I hear you still need to take a pair of night vision goggles (For those who are not familiar with it, the Worlds are held in an old airplane hangar and the lighting is very poor, some of the targets are literally in the dark )

Todd: Maybe you should consider attending as a spectator if not as a shooter. Heck, why not just give it a shot as a competitor also. There's nothing like getting hands-on experience to further one's education on a particular subject or activity than jumping right in there and getting your hands "dirty". Who knows you may do better than you think. After all a person only gets so many sunrises in one's life time. Best of luck to you, whichever way you choose to go. I you decide to shoot, let's us know how you did. Take care and Good Hunting! Best Afield, Steve
