Those hogs just love to get in that thick stuff and it doesn't bother them a bit with that tough hide they have.

I avg about 30 or so a yr. Lots of them about 100lbs. Perfect grilling size. Most of them get given away to friends and such. Here is a quote from one of my buddies that runs the night hunts, "clients have killed 531 hogs in 2010." Now that's a feat there, but when you look at what Clark has for hunting, it is not really that hard to do. They have shot as many as 23 in one night down here with 4 guys. He has a "Raptor" 6X night vision scope on a DPMS-10, a thermal imaging scope on an M-4, 10 sets of Gen III Anvis 9 night vision goggles and a FLIR mounted on the front of an old RSOV. Big boys toys,  LMAO!!!!!!!!!! Have a look for yourself at TaticalHogControl.com

Only a couple of times a yr that way. Mostly it is with my bow mounted Mini Sniper hog light or the Rifle mounted Destroyer. Both in red color lens. The mini mounts directly where my stablizer does and I can shoot out to about 50yds, but keep all shots to within 30. The Destroyer on the other hand, I can see my x-hairs out to 150yds on a dark night. It mounts directly to my 1in scope tube. You can see what I use here.  sniperhawglights.com  Both lights are unbelievable for hunting at night.

Here's mine mounted to my .44 mag. Mid range Bushnell 2.5 - 7 scope. You can see the pitcanny rails on the side of the scope mount for adding a flashlight or one of the ND3 Green lazer sights.
