Had a doe come out at around 8:30pm tonight. She was a dry milky doe and had no fawns in tow. Dropped her at around 80yds with the trusty old CVA .243. Sorry for the grainy picture but it was taken by the light of my truck headlights. A good start to deer season. Meat for the freezer!

I had several Facebook friends giving me a hard time for killing "Bambi's Sister". I told them that for those that wished to mourn the passing of "Bambi's Sister" that there would be a viewing at my home on Saturday afternoon for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. They were not amused...LOL! Maybe going back tomorrow night.
