G5 STRIKER Broadheads

I have to tell you all that I am simply in love with the G5 STRIKER broadheads. I'm not one to change my set-up. I shot the same broadhead for 20-plus years before making the switch to the G5 head and I am amazed at this head's accuracy. It's completely crazy to me, but after shooting this head on the target range I do not like to shoot with my field points any more. I never thought I would hear myself saying that to anyone. I haven't had the opportunity to shoot the STRIKER at a big game animal to date, but I'm taking it to Manitoba this spring to use on my bear hunt. If this baby cuts a hole as well as it flies there is a back-country bruin that is as good as D.O.A. I'm shooting the 125-grain, 3-blade model with a 1-1/8" cutting diameter. There is also a MAGNUM STRIKER available this year with a larger 1-1/2" cutting diameter. Take care and Good Hunting! Best Afield, Steve

My brother has a connection with G-5 so i got 3 broadheads for $14!!!! Shot a 8pt last year at 47 yards, shot was a little far back never found the deer?? Shot a doe at 32 yards she went 25 yards fell over dead!! So the G-5's are 1 for 2 but I love the way they fly. Thinking about getting their drop away rest, reg $130 for $45. Paul
