Deer vs Yote

Last day of doe season in WV, was still hunting with Pop and 2 sons on the other side of the holler. Caught something in the corner of my eye, when I looked it was a yote looking at me at 40yds, took her head off with a 7mm-08 and saw another one running about 70yds and he took one in the shoulder. Did not get a deer that day but will pass a shot on a deer for a yote anytime.
