Yep and if something on the Right coast is not done soon, it is going to get worse too.

Geez Louise!!!!

No wonder why hunter numbers are going down!  We are getting hosed at every turn.

One of my biggest pet peeves in the WORLD is getting taken advantage of for no other reason than pure greed.

Just the other day I took my truck into the dealer to get a taillight and a fuse replaced, but I also needed them to look at my driver's side window as the motor stopped working for some reason.  Well, I got the fuse and taillight fixed and the guy comes into the waiting room and tells me that the part to fix my window won't be in until the next day, and I'll have to bring my truck back in to get the part replaced.  He then said it would be about $250.00 for the part and labor to fix the window.

So I pay the bill for the fuse and taillight and walk out to my truck and the driver's side window is working FINE!!  And, it has been working FINE for the last two months!  The actual mechanic must have refastened something or re-hooked something that had worked loose and didn't tell the guy handling the paperwork.  Now, had that part been at their shop, they would have changed it and charged me for it!  Needless to say I am not very happy with this dealership!  I had a great buying experience there and up until this point the service was good too!

Before I have ANY work done there now, except small inexpensive things, I have a mechanic buddy of mine give me a second opinion.  And, if his prices beat theirs (which they normally do) I have him do the work since the warranty is already expired.

So, long story, longer, I hate getting hosed!  Too bad independent big-game license agents aren't available like mechanics!  LOL!

Thanks for all of the help, guys!  I appreciate it.

Take care and Good Hunting!

Best Afield,

Steve

Steve---Look at it this way when you are paying those fees to hunt.  You can't do that in France, as Ted and Shemane say on their show!!!
