Bear sighting

Had a big bear with a cinnamon saddle came though my yard Hope he sticks around. Looked to be about 300 +++++. The bears are in the oats bid time up here in northern Minneota.

Well hope that he don't eat all the oats, maybe he will stick around just long enough.

Used to feed them everything from dog food to donuts when it was legal to start baiting in MI. prior to the season. Would get used cooking oil from the resturants, old dognuts from dunkins and left over scraps, bacon grease etc. put it in a hole and covered it with logs. Fed them real good, but he seemed to wait until I was out of the blind to eat. Think he was watching me leave and then would eat. Oh well, was fun anyway.
