Back from Monty's!

Unfortunately daily temps were 75-91 degrees and 35-50mph winds were not very conducive to deer movement.  Monty was an incredible host and has some awesome land.  Saw trees as big as my wrist shredded by big bucks.  Actually got a 150 class 10pt on film at 80yds.  Unfortunately my bow does not shoot that far.  LOL!  Wish mother nature would have cooperated with us a little better.  Monty and Tannis were incredible hosts and sleeping in the cabin on the river was awesome!

If anyone here wants to go on a great deer/bear/waterfowl hunt I would give Monty a call ASAP!!!

Good deal Dave. Glad you had a great time up there. As I have always said, the "CAMP" with great friends and new buddies for me, is what is has always been about and the animals are just the bonuses.

Great week we had...the heat & wind was a pain but you gotta roll with it.
Dave was great all around guy & very knowledgeable hunter....wish that buck ws closer & Dave could have connected.
oh well that is hunting.
I have had the pleasure of meeting handful of you guys on here & everyone has been good people.
hopefully our paths will cross agian  & meet up with more of you guys soon
