The fox and racoons have been on a killing spree. They have gotten 10 ducks and 8 chickens so I'm fighting back.

Where are thier collars?????????? Or did you have them in pens???? LOL They are both very well fed, what are hide going for this year. The last that I heard a good coon was worth about 15 bucks, and a good fox would fetch 30 bucks.

There is no real market around here for pelts. There is a lull in the attacks right now. There are some more around and I patiently wait for the next moment.
badandy970 I had to take the collars off for the picture. lol

Well I got a couple more. The yote I probably did a favor. He was mangy and old. The fox is nice. He was sneaking around the pen yesterday.

I shot my first fox this year and he was a little guy and was kinda mangy as well. I left him for the opossums and bobcats. You had a couple nice fox there. Good eating on that coon as well. Make sure you rend the meat first and you can have some good vittles!
Love playing that string music and sending a Muzzy flying!
